The Ask:
Take Lokal, a "brand" that was really just a name & logo, and establish new brand guidelines to appeal to cost-conscious cannabis consumers in Massachusetts.

The Direction:
"Make it make sense."

The Result:
A fully developed brand that helped break both wholesale and retail records.
